FINAL DESIGN

Designing the final layout & developing a cohesive design system.

Stakeholder discussions prompted a shift in client's company mission towards emphasizing the website's role as a staffing platform.

I initiated an evaluation of their existing design to align with this new direction. This assessment was crucial for understanding specific needs and objectives of the client.

Following this evaluation and stakeholder discussions, we refined our design requirements for their website.

Brainstorming sessions with the team.

Being the only designer on the team, I led the redesign process, initiating brainstorming sessions after setting our design requirements. I began by sketching and creating wireframes to generate ideas, with plans to regroup and evaluate each concept collaboratively. This allowed us to refine the website's design flow collectively.
