Stakeholder discussions prompted a shift in client's company mission towards emphasizing the website's role as a staffing platform.

Following this evaluation and stakeholder discussions, we refined our design requirements for their website.

Brainstorming sessions with the team.
Being the only designer on the team, I led the redesign process, initiating brainstorming sessions after setting our design requirements. I began by sketching and creating wireframes to generate ideas, with plans to regroup and evaluate each concept collaboratively. This allowed us to refine the website's design flow collectively.
